Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider. We do not accept commercial insurance. This allows for more time with our patients and quality care without restrictions from insurance companies. We are happy to provide you with a superbill or itemized bill of our services for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Do I need a referral from a physician?
If you have a referral that's great! You can bring it with you. If not, no worries! The state of Florida allows direct access for the first 30 days. We will be sending a plan of care to your provider so they are aware of the care being given.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment. A cancel with less than 24 hour notice or no show will cost the full amount of the session. Thank you for understanding and supporting this small business!
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit will be about an hour, one on one in a private treatment room. We will discuss your history, concerns and symptoms that brought you to the office. Following that we will do an assessment of posture, muscle strength, range of motion and movement patterns. An internal pelvic exam vaginally/rectally will only be performed with your written and verbal consent. If you are not comfortable with the pelvic exam that is fine!
